Our history in the UK dates back to 1908 with the founding of Coutts by Percy Coutts.

Coutts, a company which specialised in finding opportunities for ex pats returning from overseas was founded by Percy Coutts (d.1945)

After 50 years of working in the UK business, an ex army Colonel, Tom Carew buys the company for £250!

1st group outplacement contract is won

|
Right Associates acquires THink to build presence in UK. Establishes its offices and reputation in the financial district of the City of London

|
Control of Coutts changed for the 3rd time in 80 years. The management team supported by 3i to buy the business. This initiates the beginning of a major growth initiative, with regional UK offices opening as well as growing dominance in Europe

Right Corecare is established, providing EAP and well being solutions to major public and private organisations

Coutts Consulting wins a major contract with the MOD to resettle service leaders, becoming the largest outplacement contract in the UK

Right Management Consultants acquire Coutts Consulting
